The Prince of Pac-Man

Congratulations to Dave Race of Ohio, who completed a perfect game of Pac-Man in 3 hours, 33 minutes and 12.69 seconds. Dave scored 3,333,360 points and made it to level 255 to reach the kill screen. Dave beat the old world record, set by himself in 2009, by nearly a minute, making him the winningest Ohioan of the past decade.

For those of you who don't have any fresh paint to watch dry, you can watch the video of the record setting performance here.

This record was once held by Billy Mitchell, made infamous in the 2007 documentary, The King of Kong. An unconfirmed source says that Billy is currently working with Satan to devise a strategy to retake the record.

3 hours, 33 minutes. Final score of 3,333,360.

"I think the question we should be asking is 'How much more 3 can it be?' And the answer is none. None more 3."
